Spirit Creek Farm has new owners!
The farmers at Northern Harvest Farm and Uff-da Organics, who have been growing cabbage and other produce for Spirit Creek Farm for over a decade, are now the kraut makers too! The Spirit Creek Farm line of products will now be made at our kitchen in Wrenshall, MN. Right in the same community where all the produce is grown! We've been working very closely with Jennifer and Andrew Sauter-Sargent, the founders of Spirit Creek Farm, to ensure that all recipes and practices are identical. Jennifer and Andrew have established a reputation for exceptional quality. We intend to continue that legacy!

Adam Kemp and Rick Dalen have been farming together since 2008. They co-manage Northern Harvest Farm, and Adam also has his own farm across the street called Uff-da Organics. Together with the support of thier families and the Northern Harvest Farm crew, they produce the Spirit Creek Farm line of fermented goodness.
We make small batch fermented vegetable products from organic vegetables grown in northern Minnesota. Our products are a cornucopia of live cultured vegetables bubbling with probiotics and lactobacilli to support digestion, health and offer superior flavor.
